About KanehRoots
KanehRoots is a cannabis wellness coaching practice operated by Findley Enterprises Ltd., based in Grenada. By using our website, booking a session, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these terms.
Nature of Services
KanehRoots provides cannabis wellness coaching and education. Our services include personalized coaching sessions, group coaching, educational content, and retreat experiences.
Important Disclaimer:
- KanehRoots is not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Our coaching is educational and wellness-focused. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen, especially if you take medications or have underlying health conditions.
- Cannabis remains subject to varying laws by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws in your location.
Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all coaching interactions:
- 1:1 sessions (Private Seshion™): Everything discussed during your session is confidential. Your health history, goals, cannabis use patterns, and personal details will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
- Group sessions (Seshion Circle™): All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding what other members share during group sessions. Breach of group confidentiality may result in removal from the Circle.
- Written materials: Your Seshion Summary™ and any personalized recommendations are delivered only to you.
- Retreat experiences (The Root Seshion™): The same confidentiality standards apply to all retreat activities and interactions.

Booking and Payment
- Sessions must be booked through our official booking system at kanehroots.com or via direct communication with our team.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. We understand life happens — please reach out if you need to reschedule.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Community Guidelines
When participating in KanehRoots community spaces — including Seshion Circle™, the KanehRoots channel on Mimea, and retreat experiences — you agree to:
- Treat all participants with respect and empathy
- Maintain confidentiality of what others share
- Not provide medical advice to other participants
- Engage in good faith and with honest intention
- Follow the guidance of your coach during sessions
Intellectual Property
The Seshion Method™, Seshion Circle™, Private Seshion™, The Root Seshion™, and all KanehRoots content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Findley Enterprises Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any KanehRoots materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
KanehRoots and Findley Enterprises Ltd. are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of cannabis or decisions made based on coaching guidance. You acknowledge that you are making personal wellness choices at your own discretion and risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Grenada. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Grenada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
